They might be cute, they might be cuddly, but they’re also destined by evolution to enjoy sub-freezing temperatures and an ozone hole that lets in more solar radiation during the summer months than the equator receives in an equivalent period. Still want to go? You’ll be coming cruise ship or research vessel. Flyovers of the continent from Australia are more affordable, but don’t think expect your pilot to land for your sightseeing pleasure!
